Returns + Exchanges

 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Ensure that any coupon codes are applied during checkout as they cannot be retroactively added. Time-sensitive offers are only valid for orders made within the promotional period.

Orders often arrive in separate packages due to our inventory being stored and shipped from various warehouses across the USA ,China and Canada

Our return policy allows you to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with the size or quality. Each return request will be reviewed, and our Customer Service team is ready to assist you throughout the process.

 

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at Support@bloomandbabes.com.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Sale items are also non-returnable.

Shipping Costs for Returns Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
